At Creative Tribe, all our candles and products are handcrafted using eco-friendly soy wax and carefully packed to reach you in perfect condition.
Our return and exchange policy applies only in case of damaged or defective products. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement or store credit, the item must be unused, unburned, and in the same condition as received, along with original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return request is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 days.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Shipping returns
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed as damaged on delivery.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If store credit is issued, original shipping costs will not be included.
Depending on your location, delivery time for replacement products may vary.
Exchange / replacement products will be dispatched within 3 days after approval.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking
